Magnapoets call for submissions - closing soon
Magnapoets will be publishing two anthologies later this year. Both will be perfect-bound, soft-cover books. The themes are autumn/winter, and spring/summer. The forms are haiku, senryu, and tanka. Submit up to ten poems in each category with the subject line "Spring/Summer Anthology" or "Autumn/Winter Anthology" in the subject line. A one dollar honorarium will be paid for each poem accepted. Send all poems to Magnapoets AT Gmail DOT com. The submission period closes September 30, 2008, and notifications will be sent out early October.
Books have already been reserved by several libraries and campus bookstores based on the popularity of Magnapoets print journal. This is a good opportunity to show the best of the form to a new audience, so please consider submitting.
